When you first arrive, we will have someone meet you to let you into the apartment and provide you with 1-2 sets of keys.

There are four key components needed to enter the apartment.
(1). Medium key opens the building door. Insert ridges down.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor (Tercer). Take the lift up/down. You can also walk up the stairs.

(2). Smallest key opens door 2 on Floor 3 / Tercero, to the left side exiting the lift. Insert ridges up and turn gently.
(3). Largest key opens the apartment door (2B on the left facing “Love Home” sign.
(4). Upon entering the apartment, the key fob turns off apartment alarm by swiping across the security unit to the left of door.



The WiFi router can be found in the living room, below the TV. You can use the QR code to start the login process.

There are three AC+heating units in the apartment, each with its own remote control. The dining room unit has proven quite effective. It cools the main living quarters very quickly, particularly if bedroom and entryway doors are closed. As a general guide:

<20C: Cold. Use to quickly cool the room(s).

20C-23C: Cool. We typically use this setting to cool off a room.

>23C: Maintenance / Warm. Once a room is cool, we’ll set the temperature at 23/24 for maintenance.

While tap water is fine, we tend to use bottled water for drinking (both hot and cold drinks). We have stocked the apartment with several liters of still water to get you started. Some is in the fridge. More is in the cabinet above the microwave oven.

The wooden shutters throughout the apartment are incredibly effective in light cancelling - so much so that it is easy sleep into the afternoon, particularly the day after you arrive! Be gentle with the latches when you open the door/window shutters to let in the light. Close doors, windows and all shutters before heading out. This will keep the place cooler for your return in summer months.

We want you to feel safe during your stay.

Close patio doors, windows and shades before leaving the apartment. The doors have motion detectors, so they need to be closed tightly.

Activate the alarm and lock the front door before leaving the apartment.

Securitas Direct offers several levels of security. The primary function is to link the alarm to our property manager and the police if there is an intruder. There are several cameras facing apartment entrance points, which are only activated when the alarm is triggered, take images of an intruder to help authorities identify them. Samsung’s The Frame TV allows you to forget about television when you’re not watching. Select from art to display and feel free to leave the TV on in the art mode while you’re home.

Please ensure that it fully turned off when you leave the apartment by holding the power button until the screen is off.

You are responsible for the removal of your trash and recycling. There are three bins just outside the apartment building, in front of the playground. The garbage is collected frequently throughout the week. When facing the bin doors:

Left bin: Glass / Plastic

Center bin: Cardboard / Other Paper

Right bin: General Trash
